Android13ではBluetoothでつながらない。ハブ経由でも、スマホのBTがONだとダメ。

AQUOS Sense6何件かにくわえ、Galaxy Z fold3（香港版）、Xperia１０Ⅳ、XPERIA 1 III（2件）、でAndroid13で動かないことが白日の下に。
では逆に、SONYは一体、どのスマホで試したのだろう。Google Pixelかな。
（メモ）アプリのバージョンは3.0.0（3145）
（後記）2/16（木）、さらにKakaku.com及びQrioの公式サイトで情報が、、、どうやら「Android13側のBluetooth不具合」らしい。Qrio公式でリンクされている下記のサイトを見ると、『BLEにつながらない』となっている。BLEは低電力Bluetoothなので、Qrioの節電モードを切った（古いANdroid12機を使用）ところ、BTでもHUB（LAN）でも、うんともすんとも言わなくなり、電池を抜くはめになった。
Cannot connect to BLE peripheral after upgrading to Android 13 Dec 20, 2022 01:36AM
On the device One plus 8T, after upgrading it to Android 13 you can no longer connect to a BLE peripheral!
Previously when running Android 11 and Android 12, there were no such issues but as soon as I updated the device to Android 13, I can no longer connect to the device.
Steps to reproduce:
- . Scan for BLE Peripherals
- . Try connecting to any
- . You fail to connect and the device is in an infinite loop of read multiple request (until timeout as shown below)
